Victor comes from an interdisciplinary educational background in business development and digitalization, in which he has specialized in data and machine learning. In his day-to-day work at Deloitte, he focuses on Data Strategy, and exploring how companies can leverage data and AI for efficiency and improvement. Victor has conducted a deep dive into the data beforehand and is therefore valuable for questions regarding quality, EDA, and feature engineering.

Emilie is an experienced expert within financial crime, with extensive experience from several projects within the banking and financial services. She specializes in risk classification of customers and transaction monitoring. In addition to this, she holds a MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU with a specialization in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence.

Håkon Melgård Sveen
Consultant, Cloud Engineering
Håkon frequently helps customers with data management and engineering to be able to grab the gold that awaits at the end of the rainbow: predictive artificial intelligence. Ask him about feature engineering, model selection or whatever crosses your mind regarding machine learning. He holds a MSc in Industrial Economics from NTNU with specialization in computer science and Artificial Intelligence, and did his exchange at EPFL in Switzerland.

Camilla holds a master's degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU, specializing in data, artificial intelligence, and optimization. During her time at Deloitte, she has gained extensive project-based experience in end-to-end business development, where data is transformed into insights for end-users. This involves an understanding of the data necessary to meet specific business and customer needs, before gathering and modeling data that is eventually visualized in tools such as Power BI.

Sivert comes from a background in statistics, which is the very foundation of data science and AI technology. On a daily basis, he is involved in the Data Science community at Deloitte, where experts in the field share experiences and keep each other updated on the latest developments. Sivert has a systematic, energetic, and opportunistic approach to problems that can be solved through the effective use of data. He particularly enjoys communicating useful results from creative solutions using technology.

Associate, Audit & Assurance
Amalie works in Audit Analytics and is an expert in financial data analysis. On a daily basis, she works on analysis related to auditing, as well as digitalization and automation of the auditing process. She holds a degree in Business Economics from NHH and a master's degree in Business Analytics.

Sander Sundvall Hovde
Senior Consultant, People & Purpose
Sander has extensive experience in presentation planning and execution across a wide range of genres such as management and economics. He spent a year studying stand-up comedy and revue and worked at Norway's largest business conference with speakers such as Barack Obama, Steve Wozniak, Randi Zuckerberg, Gary Vaynerchuck, and many more. Today, he works in Employer Branding at Deloitte where he conducts several presentation technique courses and has personally delivered over 100 presentations.
