When does the Hackathon end on Saturday?Everything need to be wrapped up at 5:00 PM (17:00) on Saturday. Subsequent presentations will be held at Hector.

Can we stay overnight if we want to?It's possible, but we recommend everyone take a break. Remember that there is a long Saturday ahead with concluding presentations!

How is the Hackathon structured?The Hackathon is designed as an Escape Room: 1. You solve a task, 2. Find a code based on your solution, 3. The code is used as a key to unlock the next room/challenge.

What tools should we use to solve the tasks?This is entirely up to you.

How many rooms in the Escape Room do we need to solve in total?We recommend not spending too much time on the first rooms.

How many SME conversations can we schedule?Each group gets two conversations with an expert of your choice. You also have the opportunity to win extra conversations during the game! Book a conversation with an SME from the website!

How do Easter eggs work?During the game, attentive participants will be able to discover clues/keys that unlock exclusive benefits and prizes. If you believe you have discovered an Easter Egg, come to a Deloitte representative and we will tell you if your discovery was successful! NOTE: It is only possible to open an Easter Egg during the time when Deloitte company representatives are physically available at Gruva.

How do we deliver the presentation?The finished PowerPoint should be sent to the project manager at BRAIN Ida, ida.asperheim@brainntnu.no. The deadline is 5:30 pm on Saturday.

How long should the presentation be?Maximum 7 minutes. We are strict on time and the presentation will be stopped when the 7-minute limit is reached.

Does everyone have to present?We strongly recommend that everyone present! Remember that you have the opportunity to win cool prizes, and not least show off your good work to both fellow students and company representatives from Deloitte!
